摘要
设计了截割部旋转密封性能的测试实验,对三种类型的密封件泄漏量和温度随时间的变化特征进行了实验研究。实验测试结果显示:O型圈的测试后期泄漏量较大,温度升高过快,而弹簧密封圈和格莱圈的泄漏量较小,温度升高缓慢;总体上看,密封效果可排为弹簧密封圈>格莱圈>O型圈。
This paper designs the test experiment of rotating seal performance of cutting section,and systematically studies the characteristics of leakage and temperature change with time of three types of seals.It is considered that the leakage of O-ring is larger and the temperature rises too fast in the later stage of testing,while the leakage of spring seal and grid ring is smaller,the temperature rises slowly and generally.On the top,the sealing effect can be arranged as follows:spring sealing ring>Gray ring>O ring.
