摘要
电牵引滚筒采煤机是煤炭物料生产的关键性设备,根据综采工作面位置的变化,滚筒采煤机会变换工作位置并且根据地质情况调整工作姿态。为了提高电牵引滚筒采煤机的快速工序响应,提升综采工作面采煤的生产效率,对电牵引滚筒采煤机的工作姿态检测、控制为一体的电气系统进行设计。以MG2×200/550-WD型采煤机为研究对象,通过仿真技术软件对设计出的姿态控制系统进行验证计算。结果显示,该系统能够对采煤机姿态信息实现监测和控制,能在实际工程现场中实践应用,提升的综采工作面的自动化控制水平。
Electric traction drum shearer is the key equipment for coal material production.According to the change of the position of the fully-mechanized working face,the drum shearer can change the working position and adjust the working posture according to the geological conditions.In order to improve the rapid process response of the electric traction drum shearer and improve the production efficiency of coal mining at the fully-mechanized working face,the electrical system that integrates the detection and control of the working attitude of the electric traction drum shearer was designed.Taking the MG2×200/550-WD shearer as the research object,the designed attitude control system was verified and calculated through simulation technology software.The results showed that the system can monitor and control the shearer attitude information,and can be practical application in the project site improves the automation control level of fully-mechanized working face.
