摘要
为了能够提高掘进机故障诊断的准确率,确保掘进机能够正常稳定地工作,深入研究了声发射法在其中的应用。分析了掘进机的主要故障及原因;研究了掘进机声发射信号产生的机理;探讨了掘进机声发射信号监测系统的设计;结合小波神经网络法和声发射法进行了掘进机的故障诊断研究,诊断结果表明该方法具有较高的故障诊断精度。
In order to improve correctness of fault diagnosis of development machine,and make it work normally and stability,and application of acoustic emission method on it was studied in depth.The main faults and corresponding reasons,and the forming mechanism analysis of acoustic emission signals of development machine,and the designing of acoustic emission testing system of development machine was carried out,and the wavelet neutral network method and acoustic emission method were combined to have fault diagnosis of development machine,and results showed that this method had better fault diagnosis precision.
