摘要 结合煤矿掘进成套装备生产实际提出掘进工艺从炮掘到机掘,顺应机械化换人、自动化减人、智能化无人的发展趋势提出掘支运平衡作业,本着以人为本、创新发展、安全发展和高质量发展的需要,提出机器人群协同作业,为解救连续采煤机空顶作业工艺,提出远程可视化割煤,本文围绕智能化掘进系统的建设经验,提出连续采煤机远程可视化自主割煤、定位割煤,综掘机智能化仿真割煤,掘锚机可视化集中控制,运输供电供排水系统远程可视化集中控制,支护设备自动行走、自动钻锚、自动间距定位的智能支护,同时,根据智能化掘进系统建设经验,研究出掘进工作面远程控制系统的术语和定义、技术要求、检验方法、检验规则和标志,攻克掘进工作面生产设备多、调动频繁、环境恶劣、劳动强度大技术难题,研究解决智能化掘进设备检测单元、采集处理单元、数据传输单元、智能控制单元、远程操作单元、执行单元、上位机显示单元,控制系统互联单元。 Combined with the production practice of complete sets of coal mine tunneling equipment,the tunneling technology is put forward from blasting to machine tunneling,in accordance with the development trend of mechanized replacement,automatic reduction of personnel and intelligent unmanned,and the balanced operation of tunneling and transportation is put forward,based on the needs of human-oriented,innovative development,safety development and high-quality development,this paper puts forward cooperative operation of Robot Group,and remote visualization coal cutting is put forward in order to save the overhead working technology of continuous miner,based on the construction experience of intelligent heading system,this paper puts forward the long-distance visual autonomous cutting and positioning cutting of continuous miner,the intelligent simulation of fully mechanized heading machine,and the visual centralized control of heading machine,long-distance visual centralized control of transportation power supply and drainage system,intelligent support of automatic walking,automatic drilling and anchoring,automatic spacing positioning,at the same time,according to the construction experience of intelligent tunneling system,this paper studies the terms and definitions,technical requirements,inspection methods,inspection rules and marks of the remote control system of the heading face,and overcomes the technical difficulties of the large number of production equipment,frequent mobilization,bad environment and heavy labor intensity in the heading face,the intelligent tunneling equipment testing unit,acquisition and processing unit,data transmission unit,intelligent control unit,remote operation unit,executive unit,display unit of host computer and interconnection unit of control system are studied.
