摘要
通过分析掘进机截割头损坏现象,包括齿座损坏、截割头体磨损、导料板磨损,根据损坏原因及故障提出掘进机截割部改进对策及改进建议,以期减少截割机出现故障的频率,增长截割机的使用寿命。
Through analyzing the damage phenomenon of cutting hea d of roadheader, including tooth seat damage,cutting head body wear and guide plate wear, according to the causes and faults of the damage, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improvement of the cutting part of the roadheader, in order to reduce the frequency of fault cutting machine and increase the service life of cutting machine.
