摘要
阐述的巷道掘进机截割部的全密封结构,尽可能地阻止了污染物进入掘进机截割部内腔,解决了在恶劣工况下工作的掘进机,由于煤尘等侵入截割部内腔,导致浮动密封、轴承、油封等使用寿命缩短的问题,可延长截割部零部件的使用寿命。
Full sealed structure cutting unit of tunnelling roadheader described,in this article,as far as possible to prevent contaminants from entering the interior ministrf of cutting unit,solves the roadheader bad working environment leaad to shorten the service life of floating seal, bearing,oil seal and others,can lengthen the internal parts of cutting unit service life.
