摘要
论文对掘进机铲板部铰点位置设计进行研究,根据目前铲板部铰点位置设计存在的问题,分析铲板部的运动特性,简化铲板部结构,绘制机构运动简图。按照铲板部铰点机构类型,探讨机构运动关系,给出铲板部铰点的各位置参数关系,建立求解方程组。为验证方程组的正确性,选取不同实例,利用MATLAB编程求解铲板部铰点位置方程组,结果表明该方法正确可行,为掘进机铲板部铰点位置的快速设计与计算提供了可靠的事实依据,降低了设计难度,提高了铲板部设计效率。
This paper studies the design of the hinge position of the boring machine part of the roadheader. According to the problems existing in the design of the hinge position of the shovel part, the motion characteristics of the shovel part are analyzed, the structure of the shovel part is simplified, and the movement diagram of the mechanism is drawn. According to the type of hinge mechanism of the shovel part, the relationship between the movements of the mechanism is discussed, and the positional relationship between the position points of the shovel part is given, and the solution equations are established. In order to verify the correctness of the equations, different examples are selected, and the MATLAB programming is used to solve the position equations of the hinge part of the shovel. The results show that the method is correct and feasible, and provides a reliable design for the rapid design and calculation of the position of the shovel part of the boring machine. The factual basis reduces the design difficulty and improves the design efficiency of the blade part.
