摘要
随着矿井现代化、机械化水平的不断提升,悬臂式综掘机在矿井中的应用不断增加,山西某矿所采用的EBZ-120悬臂综掘机经常出现干涉问题,影响矿井巷道掘进。基于此,在明确悬臂综掘机结构组成的基础上,对悬臂综掘机出现的干涉问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决改造措施。实践结果表明,对综掘机进行改造后,综掘机的干涉问题得到了解决,巷道掘进速度提高了将近50%,设备的综合故障投入下降约25%,有效地保证了矿井巷道的高效掘进。
With the continuous improvement of mine modernization and mechanization level,the application of boom-type roadheader in mine is increasing.The EBZ-120 boom-type roadheader used in coal mine often has interference problems,which affect the mine roadway excavation.Based on the structure composition of the boom-type roadheader,the interference problems of the boom-type roadheader were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.Practice shows that the interference problem of the reformed boom-type roadheader was solved,the tunneling speed was increased by nearly 50%,and the comprehensive failure rate of the equipment was reduced by about 25%,which effectively ensures the efficient tunneling of the mine roadways.
