摘要
随着科技的发展,不论哪个行业都在向着机械化、现代化发展,特别是一些危险性较大、难度系数较高的行业,例如矿井的开采,矿井的开采工序繁多且复杂,而综掘机作为现代化的矿井掘进机械,自身具有掘进巷道、装岩、简单支护等很多功能,相比于要耗费大量人力物力的传统打眼放炮掘进施工,其掘进速度要提高30倍左右,大大地提高了矿井开采的产能,目前已成为促进矿井高产、高效,确保各工序安全、快速推进的重要设备。但是综掘机由于操作时间长,甚至有些操作人员还不按照规范进行操作,所以需要时常进行养护和维修,否则综掘机一旦发生故障,不仅影响到施工进度,更有可能为矿井的开采埋下重大安全隐患,所以了解综掘机的日常操作、养护规范,熟悉综掘机常见故障,并掌握其维修方法,就显得尤为重要。
With the development of science and technology,all industries are developing towards mechanization and modernization,especially some industries with great danger and high difficulty coefficient,such as mine mining,where the mining procedures are numerous and complex.As a modern mine tunneling machine,the comprehensive tunneling machine has many functions such as tunneling,rock loading,simple support,etc.Compared with the traditional drilling and blasting construction,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,the tunneling speed of the comprehensive tunneling machine is increased by about 30 times,which greatly improves the production capacity of mine mining.At present,it has become an important equipment to promote the high yield and high efficiency of the mine and ensure the safety and rapid advancement of each working procedure.However,due to the long operation time of the comprehensive tunneling machine,even some operators do not operate according to the specifications,so it is necessary to carry out maintenance and repair frequently.Otherwise,once the comprehensive tunneling machine breaks down,it will not only affect the construction progress,but also lay a great potential safety hazard for the mining of the mine.Therefore,it is particularly important to know the daily operation and maintenance specifications of the comprehensive tunneling machine,be familiar with the common faults of the comprehensive tunneling machine,and master its maintenance methods.
