摘要
“中苎1号”是我国种植面积最大的苎麻品种之一,为促进其牧草化利用,通过化学检测方法对“中苎1号”连续7个茬次的营养成分进行系统分析,并研究“中苎1号”替代苜蓿对山羊生长性能和瘤胃发酵的影响。结果表明,各茬次苎麻的粗蛋白质含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势,且蛋白质品质良好;其微量元素含量丰富,而单宁的平均含量为0.58%,可能是主要的抗营养因子。与苜蓿型日粮相比,苎麻型日粮提高了山羊料重比(P<0.05),但不影响采食量和日增重(P>0.05),也不影响瘤胃氨态氮含量和短链脂肪酸组成(P>0.05)。“中苎1号”苎麻可以作为南方草食家畜的优质牧草,在养殖过程中可根据不同茬次的营养特点科学合理地定制饲料配方,以提高养殖效益。
"Zhongzhu No.1"is one of the most widely cultivated ramie[Boehmeria nivea(L.)Gaudich.]varieties in China.In order to promote the utilization of ramie as a forage crop,the nutrients composi?tion of"Zhongzhu No.1"was analyzed by chemical detection methods for seven consecutive cutting times,and the feeding effects of"Zhongzhu No.1"in replacement of alfalfa was evaluated on the growth performance and ruminal fermentation of Boer goats.The results showed that the crude protein content of ramie increased first and then decreased during the seven cutting times,and the protein quality was good."Zhongzhu No.1"was rich in trace minerals,whereas the average content of tannin was 0.58%,which may be the main anti-nutritional factor.Despite of the increased feed/gain ratio(P<0.05),ramie-based diet did not influence the feed intake or daily gain of goats(P>0.05),and did not affect the ruminal ammonia-nitrogen concentration or short-chain fatty acid profile(P>0.05)compared with the alfalfa-based diet."Zhongzhu No.1"can be utilized as a high-quality forage crop for herbi?vores in southern China,and the feed formula can be scientifically and rationally customized to im?prove the breeding benefit according to its nutri?tional characteristics on different cutting times.
