摘要
苎麻嫩茎叶粗蛋白质含量丰富,且含多种营养组分和生物活性成分。作为一种价格低廉的非常规饲料原料资源,苎麻可改善动物生长性能、提升畜禽产品品质,在动物生产中具有广阔应用前景。本文主要从苎麻嫩茎叶的营养组成、饲用价值和功能及其在动物生产中的应用3部分进行综述,并提出日后需要进一步研究的问题。
Ramie tender stems and leaves are rich in crude protein,and contain a variety of nutritional components and biological active components.As a kind of low-cost unconventional feed material resource,ramie can improve the growth function of animals,improve the quality of livestock and poultry products,and has a broad development prospect in the animal production.This paper reviews the nutritional composition,feeding value and function of ramie tender stems and leaves,and its application in animal production,further research for studying problems are also presented for reference.
