摘要
以155条文献数据为样本,利用系统性综述的质性研究方法,对既有邻避治理研究进行了梳理。结果显示:既有研究呈现出"过程式"的整体性治理逻辑与"倾向性"的类型化治理逻辑相结合的特点。在大数据环境下,整体性与类型化治理思维交织的二维治理框架可以为新兴邻避问题的治理提供指导和借鉴。类型化治理思维不刻意强调分类,而是聚焦邻避问题的核心特性,对症下药,进而助推国家治理能力现代化水平的提升。
Taking 155 literature data as samples,and using the systematic review research methods,this essay conducts a comprehensive review about nimby governance research.Results show that the current study of NIMBY problem has presented the features of integrity and typed intertwined governance logic. In the context of environment of big data,this governance logic framework provides guidance and reference to newly emerging NIMBY problems. It is found that typed is not focused on classification,but emphasizes the core features of the adjacent to avoid problems,then boost the development of modernization of national governance ability.
