摘要
单纯从物理性视角出发难以解释当前邻避事件形成的原因,社会化视角的分析则可以显示社会认同不足这一潜在的影响因素。有效的社会介入可在一定程度上加强社会认同,促进邻避事件的有效解决。为此,政府相关部门从不同途径加强社会认同可以有效地避免或者降解邻避事件的风险。
A physical analysis can’t give a rational explanation to the NIMBY cases’expanding inclination at the present.But the analysis from the social interaction based on some empirical cases can find more clues.In fact,lack of social identity acts as an actual affecting factor to the NIMBY.So,strengthening social identity through social intervention can promote NIMBY cases’settlement.Therefore,measures of the government’s relevant departments to strengthen the local social identity can avoid and reduce the NIMBY risks effectively.
