江苏省与巴符州职业院校质量体系比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 职业院校如何在实践过程中提升质量至关重要。系统化地比较研究表明,江苏省与巴符州的职业院校质量提升均受社会、经济和技术发展影响,以及法律法规的调节。两地都将职业院校质量提升视为可动态发展并持续优化的过程,差异表现在质量提升的背景、目标、质量循环、体系架构和系统特性上。江苏省"8"字形质量环交织于设计和实施环节,贯彻动态目标强,侧重各级管理。巴符州"α"质量环交织于主要目标环节,主管部门和学校职责明确,侧重校内自我控制。前者响应速度更快;后者稳定性更好。从发展趋势看,两地都将质量提升的重点落实到学校以及课程开发。 It is crucial for vocational schools to improve their quality in practice. This comparative study shows that both of the quality improvement approach of vocational schools in Jiangsu Province and Baden-Wurttemberg is influenced by social, economic and technological development, as well as by laws and regulations. Both places regard the quality improvement vocational colleges as a process that can be dynamically developed and continuously optimized. By case comparison, it is found that the differences are mainly in the background, objective, quality ring,structure and system characteristics. The "8" shape quality ring of Jiangsu is interwoven in the design and implementation links, and it implements the variable goals and focuses on management at all levels. The "α" ring of the Baden-Württemberg is interwoven in the main target links, and the duties of the competent authorities and schools are clear, with a focus on self-control within the school. The former responds faster, while the latter has better stability. From the perspective of development trends, both places have put the focus of quality improvement in schools and curriculum.
