摘要
实现"五化"的耦合协调发展符合时代特征和社会发展的基本要求,对于促进区域社会经济的快速健康发展具有重要意义.基于"五化"综合评价指标体系,以2006年、 2011年和2016年为研究时间点,引入耦合协调度模型和地理探测器模型,对京津冀13个城市"五化"综合发展指数、耦合度和协调度的时空分异特征及影响因素进行了分析.结果表明:①京津冀"五化"综合指数、耦合度和协调度总体上随时间均呈现不断增长和逐步优化的趋势;②区域发展具有不同步性,高值区一直处于北京和天津等经济发展优势区,但随时间高、低值区发展差异逐步缩小;③因子探测中当年实际使用外资金额的q值最大,属于主导因子;交互探测中各因子交互后,任意两因子的交互影响力要优于单项因子的独立作用.
The realization of the coupling and coordinated development of the "Five Modernizations" is in line with the characteristics of the times and the basic requirements of social development, and is of great significance for promoting the rapid and sound development of regional social economy. Based on the "Five Modernizations" comprehensive evaluation index system, with 2006, 2011 and 2016 as the research time points, the coupling coordination degree model and the geo-detector model have been introduced to analyze the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of the comprehensive development index, coupling degree and coordination degree of the "Five-Modernizations" in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The results show that, on the whole, the "Five-Modernizations" comprehensive index, coupling degree and coordination degree of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region show a trend of continuous growth and gradual optimization over time;regional development is not synchronized, the high value area has been in the economic development advantage areas such as Beijing and Tianjin. However, the development gap between high and low value areas has gradually narrowed with time. In the factor detection, the actual value of the foreign investment in the current year has the largest q value, which belong to dominant factor. After the interaction of each factor in the interaction detection, the interaction influence of any two factors is better than the independent effect of the single factor. The research results are of great significance for narrowing the regional gap and promoting the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.
