摘要
推进新型工业化、农牧业现代化和新型城镇化进程是新疆实现跨越式发展和长治久安的重大战略选择。新形势下,新疆在推进"三化"进程中首先需要明确几个认识问题,其次在深化认识的基础上抓住发展核心议题,明晰发展中的问题所在,从而找准发展的思路和着力点,有力助推新疆的跨越式发展。
The strategic choice for Xinjiang to make a striding progress and realize long-term stability is to boost new-type industrialization,modernization in agriculture and animal husbandry and urbanization process.Under the new situation,in the process of promoting the ' three change ' in Xinjiang which first need to clear a few understanding,followed by the development of the core issues seize on the basis of deepening the understanding,the problem lies in the clear development,so as to identify the development of ideas and focus strong boost leap frog development in Xinjiang.
