摘要
利用耦合度方法测度了2001~2013年31个省市自治区的"五化"协同发展指数,并基于VRS的DEA方法测度了各地区"五化"协同发展效率。结果显示,总体上各地区"五化"协同发展指数均呈上升状态,其变异系数有逐渐减小趋势;"五化"协同发展综合效率先升后降,其中东部地区的综合效率水平提高较快,而中西部地区综合效率提升水平较慢。通过四象限法对"五化"协同发展指数与"五化"协同发展效率进行了时空特征分析,并得出结论:具有HH型特征的省区逐渐增多,且主要集中在东部地区,而具有LL型特征的省区主要集中在西部地区且减少较慢,中国"五化"协同发展与协同发展效率还有待进一步提升。
This paper used the coupling method to measure the ＂five modernizations＂coordinated development index of the31 provinces from 2001 to 2013,and the＂Five Modernizations＂coordinated development efficiency by using of DEA method based on VRS. On the whole,the area of ＂Five Modernizations＂coordinated development index showed a rising trend,the coefficient of variation of the＂Five Modernizations＂has gradually decreased; the comprehensive efficiency of coordinated development based on the first and then decreased,the overall efficiency level of the eastern region to improve rapidly,and enhance the level of comprehensive efficiency of the Midwest is slower. Through the coordinated development of the spatial-temporal characteristics of the efficiency of ＂Five Modernizations＂coordinated development index,draws the conclusion： with HH type gradually increased and mainly concentrated in the eastern region,with LL type mainly concentrated in the western region and reduce the slower,China＂Five Modernizations＂coordinated development and the efficiency of coordinated development remains to be further enhance.
