摘要
随着互联网、大数据及人工智能技术的发展,我国物流产业正向智慧物流转型升级,如何进行产教融合,才能顺应智慧物流的发展需要,是我国当前物流人才培养面临的重要课题。基于对智慧物流人才发展现状的分析,文中提出要构建符合物流高质量发展需要、适应新时代的多维度物流管理专业创新创业人才培养的专业教学体系,需要具体从以下方面实施改革与创新:需求驱动、企校协同,高起点重构物流专业人才培养体系;技术驱动、虚实结合,高标准建设物流人才培养环境;智慧教学,引企入教,研证三元育人培养模式;产教融合、优质提升,高水平领航一流社会服务,以期培育精规划设计、善运营优化、懂执行操作的"T"型高潜人才,为物流管理专业双创人才培养提供新的改革和实践路径,精准服务区域乃至全国物流高质量发展。
With the development of internet,big data and artificial intelligence technology,China’s logistics industry is transforming and upgrading to intelligent logistics. How to integrate industry and education to meet the development needs of intelligent logistics is an important issue facing the training of logistics talents in our country. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of intelligent logistics talents,this paper proposes to build a professional teaching system that meets the needs of high-quality development of logistics and adapts to the new era of multi-dimensional logistics management professional innovation and entrepreneurship training. It is necessary to implement reforms and innovations from the following aspects: Demand-driven,enterprise-school synergy,high starting point to reconstruct the logistics professional talent training system;technology-driven,virtual and practical combination,high-standard construction of logistics personnel training environment;wisdom teaching,attracting enterprises to enter the education,researching the three-dimensional education training mode;Integration,quality improvement,and high-level piloting of first-class social services. It is expected to cultivate T type high-potential talents who are "good at planning and design,good at operation optimization,and good at execution and operation",so as to provide a new reform and practice path for the training of innovative and innovative talents in logistics management,and accurately serve the high-quality development of logistics in the region and even the whole country.
