Based on the perspective of supply and demand coupling, this paper puts forward a logical framework for the construction of new liberal arts in logistics engineering major, which integrates"premise support-core system-key guarantee mechanism",on the basis of analyzing the core concept of the construction of new liberal arts in the integration of engineering and management and the practical needs of the transformation and upgrading of logistics engineering major. In general, the construction of the new liberal arts of logistics engineering major should rely on the premise supporting logic composed of the guidance of the concept of cultural and industrial integration, the traction of social and individual needs, and the policy drive by"four new"construction. Then, focus on the core system of"one force for guidance and five forces for coordination".The system is composed of the guiding force of the talent training program, the driving force of the teacher system, the construction of the curriculum system and the classroom teaching reform, the multidimensional classroom auxiliary force, and the comprehensive support of the training resources. At the same time, also need to pay attention to building and improving the iterative coupling and upgrading mechanism of professional construction, the incentive mechanism of teacher growth and professional construction, and the efficient collaboration mechanism of production, teaching and research.
