摘要
新时代背景下,我国物流领域的深刻变革,给物流专业教育与人才培养提出了新要求,产教融合成为发展趋势。从双创和产教深度融合的角度来看,当前我国物流专业产教融合发展尚存在物流人才培养滞后于产业发展要求、产教融合的系统性、规范性仍需完善、物流教育师资培训制度不健全、教学方法与信息化教学手段落后等问题。基于物流产业人才现状分析,文中提出了以"大实践、大融合、大合作、大对接"为统领,通过校际合作、校企合作等多种方式,培养符合新时代发展的物流专业人才。同时,给出了产教融合改革的基本构想:应用型与创新型人才并重;尊重学生个性化发展;实现专业、课程体系整体优化,与新产业、新业态、新技术对接;强化学生实践能力和创新创业能力。
With the development of the times,great changes have taken place in the field of logistics in China. New requirements have been put forward for logistics management education and talent cultivation,so integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities has become a trend. From the perspective of innovative and entrepreneurial education and integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,now,there are still some problems,such as the talent cultivation behind the requirements of industrial development、the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities is not systematic and normative、unsound training system for teachers in logistics education、backwardness of teaching methods and information teaching methods and so on. Based on the analysis of the current situation of logistics industry talents,this paper puts forward the guidance of deep practice,deep integration,deep cooperation and deep docking. Through intercollegiate cooperation,school enterprise cooperation and other ways,we can train logistics talent who are in line with the development of the new era. At the same time,the basic idea is put forward: not only pay attention to the application type talents to pay attention to the innovative talents、optimize the logistics system and curriculum system,and link up new industries,new formats and new technologies、Strengthening students' practical ability and innovative entrepreneurial ability.
