摘要
文章从教育规模扩张、教育结构改善、教育投入增大、教育质量提高、教育改革发展、国际合作加强等六个方面肯定了近年来中国工程教育取得的成绩,同时也从供需矛盾、目标和模式趋同、工程实践缺乏、教学体系不适应工程需要和学生素质下降等五个方面分析了中国工程教育中存在的不足,并展望了中国工程教育未来发展的五大前景:学校竞争将加剧,工程人才的供需矛盾将缓解;学校办出特色有赖于改革工程师制度和行政化的办学体制;产业转型将有利于解决产学结合培养人才问题;教师将成为教学改革的主力;学生全面素质的提高要全方位努力。
The paper affirms the achievements in Chinese engineering education from six aspects, including expansion of education scale, improvement of education structure, increase in education investment, enhancement in education quality, development of education reform and strengthening of international cooperation. It also analyzes the shortcomings from contradiction between supply and demand, convergence of goal and mode, lack of practice, teaching systemrs inadaptation to engineering requirements and drop of students quality. The paper puts forward five prospects of future developments as the followsschool competition will be intensified and Contradiction between supply and demand of engineering personnel will be relieved characteristics of school-running will depend on the reform in engineer system and administrative system industrial restructuring will help solve the problem in cultivating talents by combining production with edueation teachers will be the main force in reform and comprehensive efforts should be made to enhance studentsr overall quality.
