摘要
产教融合是高校转型培养应用型人才的现实路径,更是适应现代社会发展需要,提高人才培养质量的突破口,对高校实现"立德树人"根本教育任务具有重要意义。基于产教融合视角,审视物流产业人才需求现状与物流管理专业人才培养现状,从提升人才培养质量的角度着眼,提出高校物流管理专业产教融合改革的基本构想,并对校企协同创新应用型人才培养模式进行全面探究。
Industry-education integration is of great significance for universities to accomplish their task of "education through moral education" as it is a realistic option for them to cultivate application-oriented talents and improve educational quality to meet the requirements of social development.From this perspective,a general plan was made in the paper below on the reform of the specialty of logistics management in universities to improve talent cultivation quality on the basis of a survey on current development of industrial demands over professionals and the specialty itself,followed by an overall research about an innovative application-oriented talent cultivation mode based on school-enterprise cooperation.
