摘要
新时代背景下,产教融合、校企合作、政产学研协同推进成为物流管理专业人才培养的必然要求。文中基于产教融合的视角,结合物流管理学科与专业特色,分析论证了当前物流管理专业培养体系中存在的问题:产教融合机制不够完善;未能搭建成体系的物流管理专业实践教学产教融合平台;体制协同度较低,政府缺部门少校企合作保障机制;师资结构不合理等。并从三元育人体系构建层面,提出了校企协同育人,明确分工职能;注重物流管理专业人才培养方案的系统规范性与个性化的结合;积极完善政府的监管机制和保障机制;加强创新型教师素质建设等对策建议。
Under the current background,the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and the coordinated promotion of government,industry,academia and research have become the inevitable requirements for the training of professional talents in the new era.Based on the perspective of integration of industry and education,combined with the characteristics of logistics management discipline and major,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the problems existing in the current training system of logistics management major:the integration mechanism of industry and education is not perfect;failed to build a systematic practical teaching integration platform for logistics management major;the degree of system coordination is low,and the government lacks few departments and school enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism;the teacher structure is unreasonable,etc.From the perspective of the construction of the three-way education system,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of schools and enterprises cooperating in educating people and clarifying the division of labor and functions;paying attention to the combination of systematic standardization and individuation of talent training scheme for logistics management major;actively improving the government s supervision mechanism and guarantee mechanism;strengthening the quality construction of innovative teachers.
