摘要
[目的]了解高职院校护理青年教师创新能力现状,并提出提升其创新能力的对策。[方法]选取四川护理职业学院53名护理青年教师,采用一般资料调查表及教师创造力量表进行调查,分析其创新能力现状。[结果]53名护理青年教师创造力得分为26~68(43.86±4.44)分,其中创造力优秀者3人,创造力良好者7人,创造力一般40人,创造力差3人。单因素方差分析显示,不同学历、教龄的护理专业青年教师创造力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]高职院校护理青年教师创造力处于一般水平,其创新能力可通过转变教育观念、分层次按需培养、走教学和科研双发展道路来进行提升。
Objective:To understand the status quo of innovative capacity of young nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,and to propose countermeasures to improve their innovative capacity.Methods:A total of 53 young nursing teachers from Sichuan Nursing Vocational College were enrolled,and the General Information Questionnaire and Teacher′s Creative Ability Scale were used to investigate and analyze the status quo of their innovation capacity.Results:The creativity scores of 53 young nursing teachers were(26-68)(43.86±4.44),among which 3 were excellent in creativity,7 were good,40 were general,and 3 were poor.One-way analysis of variance showed that the creativity of young nursing teachers with different academic qualifications and teaching ages was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions:The creativity of young nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was at a general level,and their innovative capacity could be improved by changing educational concepts,training on-demand hierarchically,and taking the development path of teaching and research.
