上海、台湾大学生对教师教学领导能力认知的比较分析 被引量:6

Comparative Analysis of College Students' Cognition to Teachers' Instructional Leadership between Shanghai and Taiwan

摘要 近年来,海峡两岸教育与文化交流频繁,但因为中心思想的不同,导致教育结果的呈现也有所差异。本研究通过问卷调查法,分别调查台湾和上海地区之大专院校,以了解两岸大学生对其教师教学领导能力的认知情况。研究发现,整体上,台湾学生对其教师教学领导能力的认同度要高于上海地区。同时两地不同年龄及学院之学生对其教师教学领导能力认知度不同,上海地区及各学院别对教师教学领导能力认知具有预测力。本文建议两岸的大学教师应该在课程开始时多了解学生的需求,以引起学生的学习渴望,且两岸教师间应加强交流、相互学习,以提升学生的学习成效。 In recent years,there're frequent exchanges of education and culture across Taiwan Straits.However,the educational results are different because of the different central ideas.Questionnaire is adopted in this study to investigate the college students in Taiwan and Shanghai,in order to find out the college students' cognition to teachers' instructional leadership ability.The results are showed as follows:(1) the degree of students' perception of teachers' instructional leadership in Taiwan was higher than Shanghai;(2) there was significant difference on students' perception of both sides students' demographic variables,especially on age and colleges;(3) the students from Shanghai have the strength of predicting teachers' instructional leadership.As the result,we suggest that teachers in both sides should understand students' need in the beginning of course,in order to inspire their learning desire.And,the teachers in both sides should communicate deeply and learn mutually,to improve students' learning effectiveness.
