摘要
目的探讨超导可视无痛人流术与普通人流术在临床中的应用及效果。方法选取江苏无锡市第八人民医院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的行人流术的患者,共计100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采用超导可视无痛人流术,对照组患者采用普通人流术。比较两组患者手术时间、出血量、阴道流血持续时间以及发生宫腔感染、子宫穿孔等不良反应的情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、阴道持续出血时间以及术中出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6%(3/50),明显低于对照组的26%(13/50,P<0.05)。结论与普通人流术相比,超导可视无痛人流术具有手术时间短、患者出血量少、出血持续时间短以及安全性高的优势,具有更高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical application and effect of superconducting painless visual abortion and common abortion.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,100 patients who wanted to undergo abortion were randomLy divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Patients in the observation group underwent superconducting painless visual abortion,while those in the control group received common abortion.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding duration,as well as adverse reactions such as uterine cavity infection,uterine perforation,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,vaginal bleeding time,and intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was 6%(3/50)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(26%,13/50,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with common abortion,superconducting visual painless abortion has the advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding,shorter bleeding duration and higher safety,so it has a higher clinical application value.
