摘要
目的:探讨内窥可视性流产吸引系统用于人工流产术的临床应用价值。方法:选择1000例早孕妇女,随机分为观察组(n=600)和对照组(n=400),观察组在内窥可视性流产系统引导下进行无痛人工流产术,对照组按传统方法行无痛人工流产术。结果:观察组较对照组手术并发症少、出血量少,不明显延长手术时间,可动态地观察宫腔内情况变化,引导手术器械的操作,能及时检测吸刮物干净与否及术后子宫情况。结论:内窥式可视流产系统引导下的可视人工流产术具有直观性,最大限度地减少并发症的发生,但系统尚需进一步改进。
Objective: To study the safety and the value of the artificial abortion guided by the system of visibility and sucking (LEO-9000) . Methods: The pregnant women who voluntarily underwent induced abortion of indolence were randomly divided into two groups: LEO -9000 surveillance and guidance for preventing complications from 600 cases and control group included 400 cases which re- ceived artificial abortion of indolence retrospectively; operational period, bleeding condition and the complications of operation were observed and compared. Results: LEO -9000 surveillance and guidance was superior to artificial abortion of indolence for shortening the operational period, reducing bleeding and the complications and resulting in high ratio of operational success. Conclusion: Application of LEO - 9000 surveillance and guidance on artificial abortion can directly elevate the visible ability of operator and effectively prevent the complications as mentioned above. It could help to operate conveniently, detect gestation sac quickly, sucking the sac directly, leading to satisfying result. It is a safe and effective method and should be widely used. Meanwhile, the system itself should be improved further.
