摘要
目的:探究超导可视系统联合米索前列醇在早孕妇女无痛人流手术中的应用价值。方法:2020年1-6月收治行无痛人流手术的早孕女性300例,随机分为两组,各150例。对照组采用常规无痛人流手术;观察组采用米索前列醇联合超导可视系统的无痛手术。比较两组手术效果。结果:观察组手术时间及苏醒时间均明显短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫颈扩张有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合超导可视系统在早孕妇女的无痛人流手术中具有显著应用价值,可有效促进宫颈扩张,缩短手术时间,同时降低手术的并发症风险。
Objective:To explore the value of superconducting visual system combined with misoprostol in painless induced abortion in early pregnant women.Methods:From January to June 2020,300 early pregnant women who underwent painless induced abortion were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine painless artificial abortion.The observation group was treated with misoprostol combined with superconducting visual system.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and awakening time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of cervical dilatation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol combined with superconducting visual system has significant application value in painless induced abortion in early pregnant women.It can effectively promote cervical dilatation,shorten the operation time and reduce the risk of operative complications.
