摘要
目的探讨优质护理在一次性宫腔组织吸引管人工流产术中应用及其对患者不良情绪与疼痛程度的影响。方法收集我院2014年1月~2015年12月间实施一次性宫腔组织吸引管人工流产术的120例孕妇作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为常规护理组与优质护理组,各60例。常规护理组患者给予临床常规护理,而优质护理组患者给予优质护理,观察两组患者的临床护理效果及其不良情绪的变化。结果优质护理组手术疼痛程度中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级分别为45.00%、41.67%、11.67%、1.67%,常规护理组手术疼痛程度中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级分别为6.67%、46.67%、36.67%、10.00%,优质护理组患者手术疼痛程度明显低于常规护理组。护理后优质护理组患者SAS和SDS分别为(31.67±2.55)分、(30.52±3.11)分,常规护理组患者SAS和SDS分别为(46.14±2.63)分、(47.12±3.01)分,护理后优质护理组评分均低于常规护理组,而临床护理满意度评分(89.67±1.27)分高于常规护理组(72.45±5.23)分,且两组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对一次性宫腔组织吸引管人工流产术患者临床护理中实施优质护理是可行的,可以改善患者的不良情绪,减轻术后疼痛程度,值得临床护理应用。
Objective To explore the application of quality nursing after artificial abortion by disposable suction curettage tube and its effect on adverse emotions and pain degree. Methods 120 pregnant women who were given artificial abortion by disposable suction curettage tube from January 2014 to December 2015 were collected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into routine nursing group and quality nursing group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the routine nursing group were given clinical routine care, and patients in the quality nursing group were given quality care. The clinical nursing effect and the changes of adverse emotions in the two groups of patients were observed. Results The surgical pain degrees of grade I, II ,III and IV were 45.00%, 41.67%, 11.67%, and 1.67% respectively in the quality nursing group, and the surgical pain degrees of grade I, II ,III and IV were 6.67%, 46.67%, 36.67%, and 10.00% respectively in the routine nursing group. The degrees of surgical pain in the patients in the quality nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group. After nursing, the SAS and SDS were（31.67±2.55） points and（30.52±3.11） points respectively in the quality nursing group, and the SAS and SDS were（46.14±2.63） points and （47.12±3.01） points respectively in the routine nursing group; the scores in the quality nursing group were all lower than those in the routine nursing group, the scores of satisfaction of clinical nursing were （89.67±1.27） points, which was higher than that of （72.45±5.23） points in the routine nursing group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is feasible to carry out quality nursing in clinical nursing of patients receiving artificial abortion by disposable suction curettage tube, which can improve the patients＂ adverse emotions, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and is worthy of application in clinica
