摘要
目的探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠妇女在B超引导下行无痛人工流产的疗效。方法选择剖宫产术后再次妊娠行无痛人工流产妇女240例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（117例）和观察组（123例），对照组常规行无痛人工流产术，观察组在B超监视下行无痛人工流产术，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、流产效果、术后阴道流血时间、术后月经恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组与对照组手术时间[（11.74±2.38）min比（19.46±6.73）min]、术中出血量[（6.14±2.42）ml比（11.37±4.38）ml]、术后阴道流血时间[（4.72±1.04）d比（6.85±1.33）d]、流产不全率（0比5.13%）、并发症发生率（2.44%比13.68%）比较差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）；术后月经恢复时间观察组为（30.75±3.28）d，对照组为（31.43±5.17）d，两组比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论剖宫产术后再次妊娠妇女在B超监视下行无痛人工流产术效果理想，且手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后阴道流血时间短、并发症发生率低。
Objective To investigate the effect of painless artificial abortion operation under B-ultrasound monitoring on the repregnant women after cesarean section.Methods Two hundred and forty women with painless artificial abortion after cesarean section were selected as the subjects, and were divided into control group （117 cases） and observation group （123 cases） according to the random number table method. The control group underwent common painless artificial abortion operation, the observation group underwent B-ultrasonic monitoring painless artificial abortion operation, while operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the effect of abortion, vaginal bleeding time after operation, menstruation recovery time and complication rates in the two groups were compared.Results The observation group vs. control group： the operation time was （11.74±2.38） min vs. （19.46±6.73） min, the intraoperative blood loss was （6.14±2.42） ml vs. （11.37±4.38） ml, the time of vaginal bleeding after surgery was （4.72±1.04） d vs. （6.85±1.33） d, incomplete abortion rate was 0 vs. 5.13%, the incidence of complications was 2.44% vs. 13.68%, the differences were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）; the menstruation recovery time after surgery was （30.75±3.28） d in observation group , while （31.43±5.17） d in control group, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusions Performing painless artificial abortion under ultrasound monitoring gets remarkable effect on repregnant women after cesarean section, with short operation time and postoperative vaginal bleeding time, less intraoperative blood loss and low complication rates.
