摘要
为培养满足制造业强国及中国制造2025计划的高层次技术技能型人才,改革现有职业教育的人才培养规格,需要建立高职本科的人才培养目标,并用于指导高职本科的专业建设及人才培养,提高人才培养质量。实现高职本科人才培养目标的路径主要通过合理设置专业及院校的分布、人才培养方案及人才培养规格的制定、符合高职本科人才培养目标课程体系的建设、师资团队及人才培养考核评价机制的构建等方面实现。
In order to train high-level technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of manufacturing industry and China's manufacturing 2025 plans,with reforming the existing vocational education talents cultivation classification,it is necessary to establish the talent training objectives for undergraduate vocational education,which can be used to guide the professional construction and personnel training of Higher Vocational undergraduates,and improved the quality of personnel training.The way to achieve the goal of talents training in undergraduate vocational education is mainly through these aspects such as setting up specialty and college reasonably;Setting up talent training program and formulating classification for talents training;Constructing the curriculum system,the teachers'team and assessment and evaluation mechanism of talents training.
