摘要
基于高职本科衔接培养现状,为了优化高职本科衔接人才培养,以培养学生核心素养为目标,从人才培养定位、课程体系重构、评价体系重建、教师引领、校园文化营造等方面着手,将核心素养融入到学生个人的学习和生活中,培养全面发展的应用型人才。
Based on the current talent cultivation connecting higher vocational education and universities,the study presented in the paper below tried to integrate kernel qualities into students'personal learning and life to cultivate all-round developing talents from the perspectives of talent training positioning,curricular system reconstruction,evaluation system reconstruction,teacher guidance and campus culture construction,aiming to optimize the talent cultivation at this special stage.
