摘要
随着社会和高等教育的发展,我国高校专业退出机制从早期对国家控制的强调逐渐和专业质量以及毕业生就业率联系起来。从公共政策的视角看,国家制定的高校专业退出机制既有它的价值,也有它的局限。而我国高校专业退出机制的路径突破在于大力发展第三方评估、后续政策的跟进、提高高校自主性和自律性以及重视课程在专业中的地位。
With the development education institute (HEI) majors changed of society and higher education, China's exit mechanism of higher from emphasizing on government control to connect gradually with major quality and graduate employment rate. From the perspective of public policy, the exit mechanism of HEI majors formulated by government has its value and limit. The path breakthrough of China's exit mechanism of HEI majors rests with the development of third party evaluation, follow-up policies, improvement of the HEI autonomy and automaticity, and emphasizing the role of courses on the majors.
