摘要
广东省高校学科覆盖面广、专业种类齐全、综合性程度有所提高,但仍存在专业重复设置、专业结构趋热避冷、专业设置质量评估体系不健全、专业的社会适应性有待检验等问题。文章从政府和高校两个维度分析问题的成因,并从目标定位、生成机制、评估机制、预测机制四方面探讨两者关系重建的路径选择。
At present, the coverage of discipline is wide in Guangdong universities; and the undergraduate specialties are complete; as well as comprehensive level is constantly increasing. However, there still exist some problems such as some repeated specialties setting, irrational discipline structures, incomplete quality assessment system of specialties, the social adaptation of specialties to be verified. This article analyzes the reasons of these problems from the dimensions of government and university, and discusses route choice of the relationship reconstruction between, university and government from the aspects of target position, formulation mechanism, evaluation mechanism and prediction mechanism.
