摘要
结合某高速公路工程实践,对施工企业二次经营管理工作要点做了详细阐述,工程实践表明,搞好二次经营工作需要领导重视、制度健全、责任明确、跟踪到位。在具体落实过程中,要重视前期策划、方案优化,最终才能实现效益最大化的目的。
Based on the practice of a expressway project,this paper expounds in detail the key points of the secondary business operation and management of the construction enterprise.the engineering practice shows that the leaders should attach importance to the secondary business operation,perfect the system,clarify the responsibility and track it in place.In the specific implementation process,it should be not only highlighted to the pre-planning but also strengthen the scheme optimization.So that the maximized benefits can be achieved ultimately.
