摘要
创造和谐氛围,引导企业员工和谐相处,密切劳资双方和谐关系,对促进企业稳定发展具有重要作用。此文结合工程设计单位政工工作实践,深入阐述牢固树立"以人为本"思想,尊重员工、予"情"与人,创先争优、做好表率,并发挥参谋作用,以及协助领导理顺分配机制与激励机制,对创造和谐氛围、促进企业发展具有重要意义。
It is important for the stable development of enterprises to create the harmonious atmosphere,lead employees to live in harmony,and strengthen the relationship between employees and employers.In reference to the political work practice of a design institute,this paper elaborates that it is highly meaningful to the creation of the harmonious atmosphere and the development of enterprises to firmly establish the people-oriented philosophy,respect and love employees,excel in performance and make good examples,and assist leaders to rationalize the allocation and incentive mechanism.
