摘要
二次经营是用一种科学管理的方式把控整个项目的进行,让整个项目的进行受到更精细的控制。二次经营的理念实则是用管理的方式让项目的运营变得便于控制、便于管理、便于预测的一种先进的管理方法。现场成本管理是二次经营中成本管理的一部分,本文说明二次经营中项目现场成本管理和控制的重要意义、实现的目标,并对管理和控制过程进行分析。
Second operation uses scientific management to control the entire project and make the entire project under more sophisticated control. Second operation idea means to make the project operation easy to control, manage and predict with management means. The work field cost management is a part of the second operation. This paper expounds the significance and goals of the work field cost management in the second operation project, and analyzes the process of the management and control.
