摘要
从功率模块损耗、散热器设计、风机选型、热仿真等几个方面详细介绍了集中式光伏逆变器散热系统。根据柜体结构和功率模块的损耗,进行了散热器设计和风机选型,利用ICEPAK建立了仿真模型,通过仿真计算对集中式逆变器的通风散热过程进行模拟,分析系统的速度场和温度场分布评估热仿真的可靠性。最后通过仿真计算和实验数据对比,验证了基于ICEPAK的集中式光伏逆变器仿真的准确性,对后续的集中式逆变器热仿真分析和优化具有重要的指导意义。
It introduces several details of heat dissipation system of centralized photovoltaic inverter,such as power modules losses,heat sink design,fan selection,and thermal simulation.According to cabinet structure and power modules losses,it selects a heat sink and a fan to meet the cooling demand of inverter in extreme conditions,establishes the simulation model and simulates the heat dissipation process of centralized photovoltaic inverter in ICEPAK system,evaluates the velocity and temperature field based on the reliability of the system,takes test results to verify the method about heat dissipation analysis of centralized photovoltaic inverter based on ICEPAK.It is important guiding significance for subsequent thermal simulation analysis and optimization about centralized photovoltaic inverter.
