摘要
以物理实验课程建设实践为例 ,说明实验室主任要通过提升实验室的教学、科研水平来提高实验教师和技术人员的待遇。同时 ,实验室主任应具备良好的策划能力 ,沟通能力 ,组织能力和语言表达能力 ,要有良好的个人形象。
Taking physics experiment teaching reform as an example, this article described that as a director of laboratory, he must raise incomes of the experiment teacher and technician of his laboratory by raising the level of teaching and research. At the same time, he should have good abilities of plan, communication, organization, expression and a good personal stature.
