摘要
大型复杂工程项目建设过程中参与主体众多,提升组织沟通效率能有效实现项目管理目标。以郑州市某两个地铁建设项目为例,研究BIM技术的应用对组织沟通产生的作用并检验其应用效果,运用SNA理论和方法,建立项目组织沟通网络模型,定量分析网络凝聚力、行动者中心性、角色职位指标。结果表明,运用BIM的项目组织沟通网络结构更具有凝聚力,网络密度更大,联系强度更强,路径长度较短。应用BIM技术过程中产生的新主体如设计方BIM技术负责人、BIM建模工程师、施工方BIM应用负责人等在网络结构中扮演的角色职能类似,表现出弱中心性地位,对提高组织团队沟通效率发挥了一定作用,但BIM的价值效益并没有完全发挥出来。
There are many participants in the construction stage of large-scale complex project,improving the organizational communication efficiency can availably achieve project management objectives.Taking two subway construction projects in Zhengzhou as an example,this paper studies the role of BIM technology application in organizational communication and tests its application effect,using SNA theory and method to establish the construction organization communication network model,quantitative analysis of network cohesion,actor centrality,and role position indicators.The results show that the BIM project has a more cohesive organization internal communication structure,showing denser density,stronger tie strength and shorter geodesic distance.The new roles introduced by BIM have similar functions and show a weak centrality,play a certain role in improving the communication efficiency of the organization team,but the value of BIM has not been fully realized.
