摘要
目的:探讨全面优质护理服务在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎中的应用价值。方法:纳入2016年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿42例,根据随机数字表法,分为对照组21例和观察组21例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予全面优质护理服务干预。观察两组治疗效果、住院时间、SNAP-Ⅱ评分和并发症发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组治疗总有效率(85.42%)高于对照组(64.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间为(16.23±2.56)d,短于对照组的(25.21±2.54)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SNAP-Ⅱ评分低于对照组,并发症总发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿,应用全面优质护理服务可以更好地促进患儿康复,提高治疗总有效率和降低并发症的发生风险,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive and high quality nursing service in neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.Method:A total of 42 neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into control group(21 cases)and observation group(21 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive highquality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,hospitalization time,SNAP-Ⅱscore and complications of the two groups were observed.Result:After intervention,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(85.42%)was higher than that in the control group(64.58%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was(16.23±2.56)days,which was shorter than(25.21±2.54)days of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SNAP-Ⅱscore of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the total incidence of complications(4.76%)was lower than that of the control group(33.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For neonates with necrotizing enterocolitis,the application of comprehensive and high-quality nursing service can better promote the rehabilitation of children,improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
