摘要
目前装配式建筑施工过程中往往会产生较多的施工安装偏差问题,针对该情况,采用三维激光扫描与BIM集成应用技术,实测得到某高层装配式混凝土结构的预制构件安装偏差数据。根据实测偏差数据的统计结果,得到预制构件各类安装偏差的合格率,并对各类安装偏差产生原因进行了总结。通过对实测偏差数据的拟合分析,发现预制墙板安装偏差基本服从对数正态分布,叠合楼板安装偏差基本服从正态分布,同时基于拟合的偏差概率分布曲线计算得到了各类安装偏差的期望值及方差。
At present,there are often more problems of construction and installation deviation during the construction of prefabricated buildings.In view of this situation,the integrated application technology of 3D laser scanning and BIM is used to obtain the installation deviation data of precast components of a high-rise prefabricated concrete structure.According to the statistical results of the measured deviation data,the qualification rate of various installation deviations of the prefabricated components is obtained,and the causes of various installation deviations are summarized.Through the fitting analysis of the measured deviation data,it is found that the installation deviation of the prefabricated wall panel basically obeys the lognormal distribution,and the installation deviation of the laminated floor basically obeys the normal distribution.At the same time,various installations are calculated based on the fitted deviation probability distribution curve.The expected value and variance of the deviation.
