摘要 在当前建筑业转型的形势下,智能建造成为土木工程行业实现高质量发展的重要途径。智能建造将现代信息技术与土木工程相结合,对建造物及建造活动进行感知、分析和控制,从而达到保证质量、控制成本、提高效益等目标。综述了智能建造的概念,分析了智能建造的特征,论述了近年来智能建造的相关政策和智能建造在土木工程施工中的应用进展,具体包括BIM技术、GIS技术、物联网技术、人工智能技术、虚拟现实技术、三维扫描技术、智能装备和建筑机器人。同时分析了当前智能建造技术应用中存在的问题和不足,展望了施工中应用智能建造技术的前景。 With the background of the transformation and upgrading of the current construction industry, intelligent construction has become an important way for the construction industry to achieve high-quality development. Intelligent construction combines modern information technology with civil engineering, perceive, analyze and control construction objects and construction activities, in order to ensure quality, control cost and improve efficiency. This paper summarized the concept of intelligent construction, analyzed the characteristics of intelligent construction. The relevant policies of intelligent construction in recent years and the application progress of intelligent construction in civil engineering construction are discussed, including BIM, GIS, Internet of things technology, artificial intelligence technology, virtual reality technology, 3 D scanning technology, intelligent equipment and building robot. The existing problems in the application of intelligent construction technology are analyzed, and application of intelligent construction technology in construction is prospected.
