摘要 随着石油化工技术的不断实施与应用,苯抽提装置系统的运用存在能源消耗浪费的现象,同时,还具备易降解、老化快等现象,这一现象的产生造成了装置系统工作能源的消耗。为了保证苯抽提装置的平稳运行,给苯抽提装置的运行提供一定的保证,通过丁砜抽提蒸馏分离苯装置的工艺应用,并结合了生产中的日常操作流程进行了分析,通过工艺流程进行了优化设计,并提出了优化措施,为苯抽提装置的稳定运行以及降低运行成本提供了一定的保障。 With the continuous implementation and application of petrochemical plant technology,the use of benzene extraction device system has the phenomenon of waste of energy consumption.At the same time,it also has the phenomena of easy degradation and rapid aging.This phenomenon has caused the device system.The consumption of working energy,in order to ensure the smooth operation of the benzene extraction device,provides a certain guarantee for the operation of the benzene extraction device,the application of the process of separating and separating the benzene device by butyl sulfoxide extraction distillation,and combines the daily operation process in production.The analysis was carried out,optimized design was carried out through the process flow,and optimization measures were proposed to provide a certain guarantee for the stable operation of the benzene extraction unit and the reduction of operating costs.
