Predictive Control Technology in the 600MW Unit Automatic Control Steam Temperature

摘要 针对淮南平圩发电公司#1锅炉过、再热器纯滞后和惯性大的特点,采用多变量预测控制技术对过、再热汽温进行自动控制,应用结果表明:基于预测控制技术的新型汽温控制系统有效地改善了过、再热汽温的控制品质。 According to the pure delay and large inertia features of the boiler superheater and reheater in Pingwei power company,the superheated and reheated steam temperature was controlled automatically by using the multivariable predictive control technology.The application results showed that the new type steam temperature control system based on predictive control technology improved the control quality of the superheated and reheated steam temperature effectively.
