摘要
针对化工过程控制中应用模型预测控制时,造成常规串级控制回路数量增加与结构复杂的问题,可以利用预测控制减少串级回路,改变控制结构,由预测控制直接操纵流量调节阀阀位,达到减少串级回路的目的,最终以串联釜式反应器为实物模型给出了设计方法。实验结果验证了由预测控制直接操纵流量调节阀阀位具有更好的跟踪性能与抗干扰性能。
Considering the fact that applying model prediction control to chemical process control may increase the number of conventional serial-level control loops and the complex structures,making use of prediction control to reduce serial-level circuits and change control structure and employing predictive control to directly manipulate the flow valve to reduce the serial-level circuit were proposed and through taking the series reactor as a physical model,the design method was given finally.Experimental results verify that,applying predictive control to directly manipulating flow valve position can contribute better tracking performance and anti-interference performance.
