摘要
建立了采用GC-MS技术直接测定裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯装置物料中苯甲醛、苯乙醛、苯乙酮、m-甲基苯甲醛、o-甲基苯甲醛、p-甲基苯甲醛、2,4-二甲基苯甲醛、2,5-二甲基苯甲醛及对苯二甲醛等9种醛酮化合物的方法。利用DB-35MS(60 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)型毛细管色谱柱分离、质谱检测器检测、单点外标法定量,测定抽提装置不同单元6个物料中醛酮化合物的含量。实验结果表明,采用该方法测得目标化合物的加标回收率为90.99%~110.62%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.46%~3.10%,定量限为0.01 mg/kg。该方法具有简单、准确、环境友好等特点,已成功应用于裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯装置物料中醛酮的检测,具有良好的应用前景。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method has been developed for determination of nine kinds of aldehydes and ketones in an extraction plant of styrene from pygas.The quantitative analyses for six typical samples were performed with a separation column of DB-35MS(60 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),a detector of mass spectrometry and a single point external standard method.The method was characterized by the recovery ranged from 90.99%to 110.62%.The repeatability was ranged from 0.46%to 3.10%for the determination results and the limits of quantity were 0.01 mg/kg.The variation and control of aldehydes and ketones in the extraction plant of styrene from pygas were discussed and provided.The established method was proved to be simple,accurate and environmentally friendly,and could be used for determination of aldehydes and ketones in the extraction plant of styrene from pygas.
