摘要 阐述了配套裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯工艺技术。对苯乙炔选择性加氢工艺、苯乙烯抽提工艺,溶剂回收工艺及脱色工艺进行了详细的工艺评价,并对抽提工艺进行了工艺模拟验证了该工艺与计算结果吻合度很好。通过与国内外同类技术的对比来证明该技术具有一定的先进性,说明该技术配套裂解汽油苯乙烯抽提工艺成熟可靠,具有很好的工业应用前景。 The paper elaborated the study of the FCC gasoline extraction styrene technological process. Detailed process evaluation of selective hydrogenation on acetylene, the process of STED, the process of solvent recovery and decolorization process. Verify the reliability of the process through the simulation of the STED. The advanced nature of the technology is verified through comparing with foreign similar technology. It show that this process technology is mature and reliable, and has a very good prospects for applling.
