摘要
现代学徒制人才培养模式是职业教育改革的创新举措,目前已经进入了推广应用阶段,其改革也已经进入深水区,文章在提出现代学徒制的意义和问题的基础上,结合实践,探讨了现代学徒制的运行机制、人才培养方案的制定、工学交替的组织安排、专兼结合的教学团队建设、校内实训基地建设等要素在推进现代学徒制人才培养实施中具有的意义。
The modern apprenticeship talent training mode is an innovation of vocational education reform,which has already entered the extending stage,and further in-depth reform has been implemented.Based on the significance and problems of the modern apprenticeship system,in this paper the authors conducted apractical study on the operation mechanism and talent training scheme of the modern apprenticeship system.The research shows that the proper arrangement of learning and working alternation,the establishment of a teaching team covering full-time and part-time,and the construction of in-campus training base are factors that have positive significance on promoting modern apprenticeship talent cultivation.
