摘要
德国现代学徒制制度完善,结构稳定,成效显著。从制度分析的角度来看,德国现代学徒制宏观层次的核心要素是职业和职业能力,中观层次的核心要素是"一致"和"社团主义"原则,微观层次的核心要素是"行动导向"和"以学生为中心"原则。德国现代学徒制最大的优势在于"国家主导、市场驱动"。我国应借鉴德国的成功经验,发挥政府主导作用,建立完善的现代学徒制管理体制、构建多赢的现代学徒制合作机制、建设完善的现代学徒制保障制度,以保证现代学徒制的实施效果。
With a stable structure,the modern apprenticeship system in Germany is perfect and remarkable. From the point of view of institutional analysis,the core elements of the modern apprenticeship system in Germany are professional and vocational competence at the macro level. The core elements at the meso level are the principles of ＂consistent＂and＂community＂. And the core ones at the micro level are the principles of＂work-oriented＂and＂student is the center＂. The biggest advantage of modern apprenticeship in Germany lies in the＂state led and market driven＂. China should learn from the successful experience of Germany, play the leading role of the government, set up a perfect management system of modern apprenticeship,build a win-win cooperation mechanism,and form a good quality assurance system in order to ensure the implementation of the modern apprenticeship.
